SALES AND REFUNDS

All sales of products, memberships, and any other sales on pardonmystash.com are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted of any kind due to items being made-to-order, and membership benefits being made available upon activation where applicable. All orders are subject to availability, and Pardon My Stash reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

MEMBERSHIP

The membership program has been discontinued. No further benefits will be provided or fulfilled.

GIFT CARDS

By purchasing or using a Pardon My Stash Digital Gift Card (“Gift Cards”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Gift Cards can be redeemed only on the Pardon My Stash website (www.pardonmystash.com) toward the purchase of eligible products. To redeem a Gift Card, enter its unique code at checkout. The balance will be applied to your purchase. Gift Cards do not expire and do not accrue maintenance or inactivity fees. The balance of a Gift Card can be checked online at our website. This balance cannot be transferred to another card or converted into cash.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned once purchased. They are also not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Pardon My Stash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of your Gift Card. Please safeguard your Gift Card as you would cash. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. They are not reloadable. Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional codes or offers unless specified.

Pardon My Stash reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we believe that the card was obtained, used, or applied to a Pardon My Stash account (or your Pardon My Stash account was created or credits were applied to your account) fraudulently.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Some of the merchandise on our Website is manufactured by third-party suppliers. These items are indicated as such on each product’s page. All items are made locally within the USA.

SHIPPING POLICY

Pardon My Stash utilizes USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx for shipping services. Customers may indicate their preferred carrier in the additional notes section during the checkout process or by direct communication via email. While we will make every effort to accommodate carrier preferences, Pardon My Stash cannot guarantee the use of the specified carrier. Please be advised that Pardon My Stash does not ship to PO boxes under any circumstances.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
